The project is based on two levels of partnership:
A transnational partnership formed by
- 3 research centres:
- IAE – University of Lille (France)
- LENTIC-University of Liege (Belgium)
- OSA- University of Tilburg (The Netherlands)
- And 2 trade union foundations
- FAR (Form’Action André Renard– FGTB Liege) (Belgium)
- EMERGENCES (CGT, Paris) (France)
The transnational partnership is responsible for the following tasks:
- Identification and analysis of practices
- Implementation and support of the pilot projects
- Evaluation of the pilot projects within a Flexicurity perspective
- Conceptualisation of the notion of flexicurity at microeconomic level
Two local partnerships bringing together, in the Liege and Lille regions, companies, social partners, local councils, public training and employment bodies, etc.
The local partners have a monitoring and validation role with regard to the experiments conducted by the transnational partnership, as well as proposing adjustments.
They also contribute to the conceptual reflection conducted around the notion of flexicurity and its indicators.
